The videos come in three versions:-

  1. CD-ROM version - Very large files with high quality images but very slow to download. Suitable only for people with very high speed broadband.

  2. High Speed Web Version - Medium sized, medium quality, files suitable for broadband internet connections (eg. cable, ADSL) but far too large for people using modems.

  3. Low Speed Web Version - Small sized, low quality, files suitable for people using a modem (but even so the download time will be quite long, so be patient)
